As a regional, family-run miller, we are deeply committed to the quality of the wheat we use, sourced from France and our local regions. We support each of our artisan baker customers on a daily basis and over the long term. Among the initiatives we lead is the BAGATELLE® programme, a voluntary scheme that enables artisan bakers to certify their traditional French baguette with the Label Rouge quality mark.
