"All black"

Bread with a German touch. Created during the rugby world cup in 2012, this black bread has a distinctly German feel. Its high seed content makes it very nutritious. A pronounced toasted taste with hints of chicory and malted barley. In a baguette or loaf, it is excellent toasted or grilled and keeps its soft crust for a long time.
