Historic for the House, the Moulin des Gaults has been the historic mill since 2000. Even today, this is where all the milling and baking expertise is concentrated, along with the application bakery (Research & Development).
Moulin des Gaults was the first to obtain Label Rouge certification for its T65 flour (in 2001, one year after its acquisition) and for its T45 BAGATELLE Label Rouge in 2009.
