For 29 years, export has been at the heart of our history, driven by Yvon Foricher, a miller for whom the culture of bread and the expertise of artisan bakers know no borders. It all began far from mainland France, on Réunion Island and later in Brazil, through decisive encounters with artisan bakers. Today, we continue to move forward with the same conviction: building long-lasting, trust-based partnerships, supported by a dedicated export team.

These experiences have shaped the way we support bakers worldwide: with high standards, close relationships and dedication. We prioritise direct, on-the-ground relationships with artisan bakers. Internationally, we apply the same methods as in France: identical training for our sales teams, and training for bakers provided by our own master bakers, who travel to our customers around the world.
