Yvon Foricher is a qualified miller. Milling has been a family tradition for seven generations. In 1997, he founded his company, initially as a trading business dedicated exclusively to supplying flour to artisan bakers. Today, Yvon Foricher is supported by a team of nearly 90 employees.
Having grown up between France, Tunisia and Senegal, Yvon Foricher developed an open-minded perspective that enables him to view his profession through constantly renewed lenses : always focused on people and the future.
