Les Moulins Dormoy

Close to artisans in north-eastern France

The second acquisition, in 2009, was the Moulins Dormoy which also soon obtained the Label Rouge for BAGATELLE T65 traditional flour in 2011. The site is located where the three regions of Alsace, Franche-Comté and Lorraine meet.

Yvon Foricher’s brother Loïc Foricher is the sales manager.
