BAGATELLE® T55 flour, ideal for making biscuits, cakes, choux pastries, crêpes, sponge cakes, madeleines, breadcrumbs, pizzas, pound cakes, Breton shortbread, sauces, soufflés, tarts brisées, shortbread tarts and sweet tarts.

Flour made from 100% certified French durum wheat, selected according to the terroir and preserved without insecticide treatment by natural air ventilation.
