Less than 21 years old and already so many baking expertise ! Young bakers who have won the title of Best Apprentice in France are also in the limelight in regional competitions.

Of the 5 young MAF 2025s, two are apprentices with our customers in the north of France:

Our warmest greetings, Killian Naudin arrived in national final. To be among the 25 finalists is already a victory! Killian is an apprentice at CIFA de l'Yonne and worked with his apprenticeship masters, Christian Meignen (Boulangerie-Pâtisserie Meignen in Clamecy) and Alexis Peuzin, European Bakery Champion (From sourdough to bread in Auxerre).

A competition organised by the Confédération Nationale de la Boulangerie Pâtisserie Française CNBPF and the Société nationale des Meilleurs Ouvriers de France.

As you know, at Foricher we're all very proud of our apprentices, and even prouder when they take part in national competitions. BRAVO!
