Florent BERTAUX, from the bakery Pitman House in Lambersart, and Martin CHRISTIAENS, from the bakery Magalie and Gilles' home in Gondecourt, both Meilleur Apprentis de France boulanger 2025, won Nord-Pas-de-Calais competitions in the Apprentice category at the Horesta Hauts-de-France.
