Brun de plaisir – wholemeal Bread

Finished product

A wholemeal bread with no additives or preservatives, made with flour and bran from wheat grown exclusively in France and stored without insecticides. Artisanal wholemeal bread is made with a milk sourdough that is light and supple. Wheat bran provides many nutrients, including the dietary fibre recommended in a healthy diet.
