This year Mr Compagnon our bakery customer La Grange aux Pains was president of the jury of the departmental competitions for Best Baguette, Best Traditional Baguette, Best Croissant and Best Chocolate Bread, because it won the Best Tradition in Indre-et-Loire in 2025.
