Partner of the Belgian Baguette Awards, Belgium’s first national competition for artisan baguettes, Foricher – Les Moulins is supporting this inaugural edition, whose judging panel is chaired by Jérôme Schwalbach, Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF).
Foricher Belgium brings together Christophe De Clercq, our representative in Belgium, and Miguel Van-Dinther, Bakery Trainer for the Benelux region.
