Organic Khorasan Bread

Khorasan wheat is one of the oldest cereals and has changed little since ancient times.

Rich in protein, minerals and vitamins, it is easier to digest than wheat and adds originality to convivial meals.

This rustic bread has a dense, slightly honeycombed crumb and a light, thick crust. Its mild, slightly sweet flavours are reminiscent of brown butter.
