  • What's next? "I'm interested in milling flour and I'd like to work with someone who farms land.
  • Two encounters changed his school career. First, he met a miller "who seemed passionate about his work"; the idea of finding out more about the trade was born. Then a baker who was a customer of Moulins d'Arnouville led Côme to contact the head miller, Grégory Gaulat.
