ChasseursDeGraines.fr: discovering careers in milling and baking

A campaign led by the ANMF to raise awareness of careers in milling and baking and to encourage people to enter the profession.

To raise awareness of the flour milling trades and the bakery and to inspire new vocations: that is the aim of ChasseursDeGraines.fr, a campaign led by theNational Association of French Millers (ANMF).

Workshops to highlight the various professions within the sector

The Sacheries ChasseursDeGraines.fr have different flour milling trades and the bakery and feature a QR code providing access to the campaign website.

The sector comprises a wide range of professions and expertise, through this campaign, the mills and artisan bakers are thus playing their part in discovery among the general public, and in particular among young people reflecting on their career guidance.

As well as learning about sowing, the ChasseursDeGraines.fr campaign offers the chance to find out more about careers in milling and baking.

It outlines the various careers in the sector, the training programme and some testimonials from professionals. Content that provides a better understanding of the skills, roles and career opportunities in these sectors.

From flour production to bread-making, the campaign thus highlights a sector comprising a wide range of complementary professions.

From wheat to flour: the milling trade

The flour production requires a wide range of skills. The profession of miller This is one of the most iconic examples, but running a mill requires many others:
